“Thank God for Idiots” a Play on Two Days this September

Why should we thank God? Or more appropriately, why are we thanking God for idiots at all. After, aren’t all idiots irritating? The play “Thank God for Idiots” written by Latif Abubakar is on stage at the National Theatre with tickets being sold at Koala (Osu), the National Theatre, Citi FM, Joy FM and Baatsonaa Total.

The play will be staged on 22 and 28 September at 4PM and 8PM on each of those two days. If you follow this page, then you would know that 22 September is a full day of literary activities in Accra. The Ghana Association of Writers Book Festival (GAWBOFEST) – from 8AM to 5PM- is on the same day with Writer Erections Reloaded (at the College of Surgeons and Physicians starting at 5PM).

So well, go have some literary fun. And as always, if you enjoyed yourself, let us know in the comments.
