Writers Project Hosts Zambian Author Ellen Aaku

This is a special reading programme organised by the Writers Project of Ghana, with support from Vidya Bookstore.

The programme will feature readings from Zambian author, Ellen Banda Aaku, interspersed with Q&A sessions.

The venue for the reading, Vidya Bookstore, is a serene atmosphere at Osu surrounded by an array of books, perfect for a book reading event. This will be the second time the Writers Project of Ghana is hosting a book reading at Vidya Bookstore (fifth junction on the left from Danquah Circle on the Oxford Street). Last month, they hosted Nigerian author Dami Ajayi. It’s an alternative to the usual monthly reading at the Goethe Institute and adds to Accra’s literary landscape.
